Date unknown Dan was just on the roof and he said that the drain pipe isn't attached up the top part . Drain pipe is directly where is a historic leak in p1 bottom of the room 1 stairs. But that is a minor leak.

YES - THE ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH HAVE put a prohibition on the p1 because the roof is leaking and the landlord has not provided a safe environment for their tenant. I have emailed the landlord today to offer terms to work with us proactively.
