That's per room mind. Not for the whole shop! We paid £1000 a mouth for the whole shop under the previous landlord. Plus I expect he will add VAT and window tax to that.

11 Jul 2026, 13:35 Just for awareness this shop has very little foot fall. We were denied access to have stuff out the front or back by the council including cafe chairs. There is rear parking but you constantly get blocked in by the vape shop and barber shop drivers who won't move their cars or damage your car.
We found out that the landlord had remortgaged or something using us as an example of sitting tenants which doesn't affect

8 Jul 2026, 11:17 Found out who's cat it is. She's 15 year old. The owner has passed away and the family have given my neighbour cat food to feed it and look at the state of the poor thing. She need shaving because her fur is matted. She's eaten to servings of cat food with me today already so Where's the cat food going? I've spoken to the family and told them we will take her and keep her in for a week so she knows she's with us . U

She ripped a poster down the other night and was hanging around at 12am outside . I can forward it as further harrassment to the police and bron affron and children's services then.
