Well Liz you can manage to get around to all our shops to complain. Drive, park up, walk to the shops, Pontypool from the multi story or down and up the hill from Tesco car park AND circumnavigate our shops and the 17 rooms in Pontypool shop to complain so your arthritis can't be that bad.
