New update : All knitted items in baby banks/ hospitals require fire lables sewn in to the cardis/ accessories and blankets - this is new for 2026 and includes all knit wear, all baby banks, all hospitals , all independent knitters that are selling or gifting knitted items including teddies/mittens /gloves/hats - there is a guidance leaflet from the councils and the business companion website.
