2 men at Caerphilly shop. 1 of which is a known charged sex offender and has been reported to the police for hanging about outside and the police are enforcing ban. This one then proceeded to contact myself on line which the police are now charging with harrassing. And another gentle man who proceeded to tell a story about another man who was rubbing himself in public and inacted it over the top of his clothes . All caught on cctv with audio and forwarded to the police.
