WARNING: the family of antique dealers from Blackwood came in yesterday to Pontypool shop and kicked off at Dan about the £300 volcanic glass lamp - after being refused it a week ago and being refused and chucked out of Blackwood shop several times. We have printed off your images for staff to refuse you further entry to our shops and the footage from Pontypool on 2 occasions and Blackwood on 4 occasions has been provided to the police. I am sick to death of your attitude and behaviour. You are banned from our shops. The police know where your shop is in Blackwood by the bus station and will be out to speak to you and enforce the ban. I will also be upload cctv footage with audio to Facebook. We know you want it to make a pair and sell on. We are refusing the sale to you and access to our shops in future .
