Interested in both these but not for the prices advertised and the conditions and lack of parking/locations ect . Landlord directly and not going through agents. For those prices I could get a massive warehouse in a better location with parking. Interested as a secondary location in Caerphilly. We always knew we would need two locations in Caerphilly but the price needs to be right because either would be better situated over the other side of Caerphilly like Bedwas to cover the both sides . Not looking to give up Pentrebane Street it's one of my favourites
