Under 18s are welcome to volunteer but they need :- ♻️Follow health and safety requirements ♻️Not text their friends to turn up because unless they are customers they will be asked to leave. ♻️To work not palm off the work to others ♻️Not be cheeky to staff and customers ♻️Be able to listen and follow instructions ♻️Not make mess or extra work for other memebers of staff ♻️You will need to drop them off and pick them up and disclose medical and behavioural issues. If they are on the at risk register they cannot volunteer as you need to be looking after them 24/7. ❌️Don't drop them off for us to babysit - you need to explain all this to them before they come in for work experience. It is not a job they are here on work experience.
