We have agreed to these food slots. So I need our food fairies to start back collecting please. You will need to drop off the food at one of OUR nearest locations promtly, The food needs to be dropped off immediately after pick up. Food Fairies will need store it appropriately ie) OUR fridge/freezer. The food will need to be collected in trays. Trays will need to be transported in the volunteers vehicle. You need a big vehicle NO CHILDREN OR CAR SEATS . NO PETS while transporting food and vehicles need to be clean and tidy and no pet hairs. Food fairies are to work with the staff at the outlets and build a rapport on our behalf and work with our shop and warehouse staff. Volunteers are entitled to take up to 1 tray of food from the collection as a gesture of good will which I will need a photo record. Photo graphs need to be taken and sent to myself for social media and records including the entire collection with the vendor signs in the background. Trays are property of the vendor and must be returned. We can provide food handling and food allergie training. Food fairies are NOT to give the food out to the public/farms/other groups/dispose off . It is to distributed at our venues by the designated shop staff members. All the food and weights are recorded via the vendor and like the donations we need to account for everything. These are strict criteria that you will need to follow. If you can not follow the criteria please do not apply. You will need a rolling DBS and the same criteria as the shop staff to volunteer.
