They need to be clean and tidy. They are representing our brand and our future generation of parents and workforce. They need to follow simple instructions and not say "what, what, ?? " all the time. Staff will physically show them how to do tasks and then empower them to actively do these tasks independently under supervision . This includes building confidence and empathy with customers, mothers, children and service users who may wish to use our foodbanks/nappy banks.
