I have 4 baby bundles not collected and no letter of request dropped off. Please do not request items because they are free. These are for Mother who need help. These bundles are made up to spercific specifications and tailor made to each individual. This has taken one of my managers off the shop floor for 4-5 hours. There is also a bundle in Blackwood shop that has been waiting 5 weeks to be collected. If you are not collecting you don't need it.
