🔵Lego club will be free 🟡Dates and times to be arranged but we can probally take 10 children each session and we may be able to run 2 sessions on the night 🔵Children will need to be seated at the table unless using the toilet. They can not run around. 🟡Free tea and coffee for parents 🔵Free soft drinks and squash and biscuits/fruit for the children. 🟡Children will need to be dropped off and picked up at the door. NO OTHER OPTIONS 💥if an alternative person picks child up we need to know ASAP 🔵You will need to fill in a permission slip with medical details/allergies of the child and emergency contacts. 💥 this information will be kept in a locked cabinet with limited access and under data protection requirements. 🟡Parents are welcome to stay and are welcome to purchase any priced donations that are available before they go to the shops 🔵Obviously no smoking or vaping in or around the donation centre or the children/parents/volunteers 🟡Photographs of models built by the children will be used on social media 🔵No photos of the children will be taken for our use. 🟡Can we ask parents not to take photos of other people's children
