Every hour you work you will be entitled to £13 worth of stock for free, any items that are not date restricted and under £20. This will not affect benefits or tax as they are small value items for personal use. We advise volunteers to disclose this to the job centre and dwp - as long as these items remain for personal use then they will not affect benifits/tax . Minimum hours 4 a day please. It can not be carried over. Any items bought over allowance value will be 75% staff discount . We don't need volunteers that want to hang around chatting all day or on their phones. We need regular volunteers that will come in and work the stock and tidy and organise the shops.
