Can I remind people we havn't been at Park Road Risca since Nov 23. Any rubbish accumulated is the landlords and other tenants responsibility not ours. We had it beautiful when we were there. Caerphilly Council helped us for free with fly tippers and signage and we regularly littler picked. We had plants and vegetables to attract bees and wildlife. The rubbish at the top of the lane is Tara Holloways household and building waste. The bags break and it blows down the lane. She runs community volunteers Wales.
