24 Jul 2024, 6:38pm If you are asked to pay cash in the shops can you refuse and contact myself. Pontypool will be cashless by Friday. All cashier tills have been removed from the shops.
You can deposit donations of cash into the screwed down boxes on the counters which are ringfenced for nappies and foodbank only. Also if we are doing fundraising outside of the shop or car boot/festival ect then we have collection containers and you

23 Jul 2024, 5:25pm We have some excellent managers and most of them work 6- 7 days a week which is burning them out We also have more volunteers and Mothers coming in to help us but it's more people for them to manage too. We ideally need 2-3 managers per shop and donation centre.

Always make me laugh... all the registered charities charge £5 a bag or more
We are not even a charity and we give all this out for free as long as you support us and and a customer and donator - and we are the ones being bullied on line by OTHER REGISTERED CHARITIES.

Any of these places that are charging £1 for a child's meal we can give you £1 credit per child back per day in the shops towards children's purchases (toys/books/clothes). SUMMER HOLIDAYS.
All we need is the receipt to keep please to put with my accounts
For example mum spends £5 on 5 children's £1 meals = £5 shop credit for children's items.

We can take house clearences and we can collect direct as house clearence/shed /garden clearence if you book in a date with us and it's all packaged up ready and on ground floor level. (I struggle with steps). We have had some brilliant items out of this shed and garden clearence to help us with the shops/allotments and then fundraising with the rest.
