Volunteer managers can you co sign next to the individuals name to say they have sat down and read the information infront of you please. I don't mind if you close the shop for an hour out of busy times and do it as a training session together please. I have spoken to the fire department that will also do a training session with us at the donation centre

6 Jun 2024, 9:55pm Volunteers: make sure you check a price on an item before quoting a made up price on the spot . You are not at a car boot sale - it's starting to annoy me, I spend all day pricing for people to either say "jayne, what's the price?!" or some people make up any old price on the spot. Trading law states shops need to have items priced. Look at the stock before you quote or call me . I am busy.
