Just for clarity we have been evacuated from both Pontypool shops due to landlords breach of Health and Safety. NOT EVICTED. There is a massive difference. Landlords can put anything up in windows in a word document that they have printed off.
Additionally
I am not prepared to pay rent for premises in these conditions either which I think is my right as a tenant to dispute it.
Legally I do not have to pay any rent because the shops are in an unfit state to rent to anyone.
Any damage to stock from removal or from water or mould I can claim back.
Landlords can not legally dispose of any assets inside the shop they have to legally be put into storage at the landlords costs because we did not cause this problem and because we are a Trademarked Registered CIC.
