Secondhand cigarette smoke off second hand clothes, foodbank items, clothes, craft items, carrier bags even and sleeping bags and equiptment used by homeless and vulnerable can cause cancer and other serious illness and death including Suddent Infant Death Syndrome. Being in a smoking environment can cause cancer and other illnesses including death from passive smoking. Charities are not allowed to promote smoking and put the public at risk in any shape or form.
