So this bell end that is supposed to be looking after this 15 year old cat with a tumor on its face which is emaciated has cut the collar off it so I've reported that as criminal damage and reported them as neglecting the cat. It took me 2 weeks tops go catch it and care for it and improve its situation. What's their excuse? They appear to be keeping it locked up inside now too. We know who it is.
