🤷♀️ well its their own faults for not fixing the buildings when they started to deteriorate. We did what we could to look after these buildings while we were in them. Let this be a lesson to every landlord out there to look after your tenants and the buildings they rent. The council could still come in and compulsory purchase them for as little as £1 yet. P2 landlord sounds really sad. I don't think they have allowed their planning permission either. Its been a massive lesson for me it's why I'm looking for new builds now instead. Been a learning curve for us not to even touch properties to buy in the future that need so much work or listed .
