This is why baby banks should be run by QUALIFIED people and not just anyone. Smoking 🚬 kills ! Second hand cigarette smoke can kill babies! Can't believe a baby bank would be dull enough to put a smoking room in their baby bank. They also have a responsibility by law to volunteers, service users that don't smoke and anyone else.
