Just to update : We are the legal tenants of 6 commercial street temporarily. All the items inside belong to the Baby Bank and there are staff personal belongings too as we were evacuated by health and saftey. Any removal or disposal will be treated as theft and damage under the interference of good act and commercial theft. No legal and lawful eviction has ever take place in either shop. We arrived today ready to clear the shop. The landlord has not turned up for the past week as arranged. The window was hanging off and about to fall on members of the public and Dan fixed it. Again this was a health and saftey responsibility of the landlord not us . We have not broken into the shop the entrance was open. Mary Evans turned up again kicking off with her foul mouth and Police told her to move on our she would get arrested for breach of the peace minimum. So after another traumatic day with abuse from Mary we have gone off to lunch and will re arrange another clearence day . Its no wonder no one wants to shop or visit Pontypool anymore with people like her kicking off all the time.
